Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to make a change, please contact us by email at info@puzzled2020.com within 12 hours of placing the order.
Invalid shipping addresses can delay the processing of your order, so please confirm that all data is correct.
DAMAGED ITEM
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email at info@puzzled2020.com. Please include a photo of the problem.
TRACKING AND DELIVERY
If you have provided an email address at the time of order, a USPS or UPS tracking number will be sent to you. Please contact USPS or UPS directly regarding the status of your delivery. Based upon tracking information, once the package shows as delivered, PUZZLED2020 is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, misdelivered or stolen item(s).
